OUR PROGRAMS
La Maternelle Westchester offers a bilingual (French and English) program for children from 2 to 5 years old. We are open 12 months a year, with a summer camp in July and August, Monday- Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM.
Each day, children will enjoy a different enrichment class such as yoga in French, music, soccer and much more! We have specialized instructors for each extracurricular activity, optimizing your child’s experience.
Your little ones will explore colorful adventures and enrichment programs through projects in reading (English and French), math, science, creative arts, music and movement, free play and socialization. Our curriculum addresses all aspects of language and culture: form, content and use through listening, speaking and vocabulary building. We accomplish all of this and more by inspiring children to have a lifelong appreciation of French (and other) culture(s)!
2s-3s: Building Healthy Foundations of Learning
La Maternelle Westchester fosters literacy and weekly thematic learning experiences through language, math and craft activities. We nurture children’s natural curiosity in learning and encourage further discovery through individual and small group opportunities.
4s-5s: Consolidate Learning Foundations
La Maternelle Westchester encourages children to develop the self-confidence necessary to take risks in learning. Through a variety of lessons in each of the content areas, we inspire children to work independently so that they are adequately prepared for kindergarten.
Our students have opportunities to explore themselves socially and emotionally through enrichment programs: soccer, music, French yoga and much more! Children also enjoy our tremendous outdoor space, which is the perfect environment for further exploration!

10:30am- 11:00am: Enrichment Class
11:00am-12:00pm: Outside Activities/Art Class
12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch/ Potty
1:00pm-3:00pm: Nap/quiet time
3:00pm-3:30pm: Snacks/Potty
3:30pm-4:00pm: Story time
4:00pm -4:30pm: Science
4:30pm-5:00pm: Choice time
5:00pm to 6:00pm: Pick up
